Domestic Shipping

Beau.Mane offers FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders of products to the value of $50 AUD or over. There is no promotion code required. 

For Australian orders of products to the value of less than $50 AUD, there is a delivery charge of $10 AUD Standard shipping. 

 

Beau.Mane uses Australia Post for all Domestic orders in Australia.


 

Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, state and post code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos can result in errors in this section and cause delays and issues with delivery. You can add, edit or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

 

Order Dispatch

Beau.Mane aims to dispatch orders 1-2 business days*  of placing the order. All orders are dispatched from New South Wales. *This excludes weekends and Public Holidays.

 

Australia Post Guidelines on delivery

Australia Post aims to dispatch orders received from Beau.Mane within 1-2 business days of receiving the parcel (this excludes weekends and Public Holidays). 

Delivery to your designated shipping address usually occurs within 2-6 business days from dispatch date depending on your location. Tracking is included on the order and is available via the AusPost Website as well as your Beau.Mane account.

If your order cannot be left safely on the premises, it will be taken to a local Australia Post facility for collection. In this event, an 'Item Awaiting Collection' card will be left for you. 

 

Delivery Timeframe Guidelines in Australia

Sending in the same state – 2 to 5 business days

Sending interstate – 3 to 6 business days

International Shipping

Beau.Mane uses Australia Post for all International orders in Australia. There is a $32AUD standard shipping fee at checkout.

 

Orders are dispatched from New South Wales 1-2 business days*  of placing the order. *This excludes weekends and Public Holidays.

 

Delivery Timeframe Guidelines for international orders are between 6-8 business days.

Packaging

Shipping Materials

All orders are packed safely using an Australian Post Padded Bag, with the  barrier bubble extra cushioning providing additional protection of the product. The Australian Post bags are made in Australia and have a self-seal closure with tear strip that allows for quick and easy opening on arrival.

 

Beau.Mane Hair Clip Accessory Storage 

Each Beau.Mane order of hair accessory clips are provided with a free suede jewellery pouch to store and protect the clips for future use.

 

Reducing our carbon footprint

Beau.Mane has created the hair clip accessory pouch to not only provide a storage option for the new owner to protect their loved pieces but to also reduce the unnecessary packaging materials that cause a negative effect on the environment.

 

If you are a returning customer, and you believe your new purchases will fit in your already received suede pouch, you have the option at checkout to check a box to receive the ‘items only’. The hair pins will be sent to you on a business card only in the padded bag to reduce wastage. 

Order Tracking

When your order has left the warehouse , you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. 

 

The email order confirmation will contain shipment details, your tracking number and a link to Australia Post’s website. You can enter the tracking code on the Australia Post website to see its progress. If you are having trouble with the online tracking contact Australia Post direct by phone on 137 678 (Australia only). You can also contact the Beau.Mane sales team by using the contact form and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

You can also track an order on Beau.Mane.com by logging to your account and select 'Order tracking' from the dashboard.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Beau.Mane purchase for any reason, please review our return and refund policies below.

 

Change of Mind – Refund issued – Postage not Included

Here at Beau.Mane we understand that you may change your mind about a purchase once you have received your order. Below are the requirements and process for a return of a product(s).

  1. You have 7 days from receiving the order to place a return request using the Beau.Mane online form.

  2. A return authorisation number will be provided

  3. Beau.Mane does not cover the costs of the return postage for return item. The cost of the return postage is payable by the customer.

  4. The item that is to be returned must include all pieces related to the product sold. Eg most products listed on the Site are sold as a set of two pieces. 

  5. The item(s) where the pieces in question to be returned were all that was on the original order. All original packaging (the B.M Suede Pouch) is to be returned, with the piece(s) unworn and no damage present.

  6. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. 

  7. Once your return item(s) has qualified the returns process, you will be issued with a refund of the cost of the item(s) excluding any postage costs.

 

Refund for Faulty Items – Refund issued – Postage Included

The pieces sold on the Site are handmade and we understand that sometimes there can be manufacturing and material faults in the production of the piece, or the product may have been damaged in the shipping process.

 

Below are the requirements and process for a refund of a faulty or damaged product(s).

 

STAGE 1: Quick Item Replacement - exchange item(s)

  1. You have 7 days from receiving the order to place a refund request using the Beau.Mane online form.

  2. A refund authorisation number will be provided

  3. Send through evidence of the fault in the item to be approved.

  4. Once the item has been approved the replacement item will be sent *if stock available

STAGE 2: No Item Replacement Available – refund item(s)

  1. You have 7 days from receiving the order to place a refund request using the Beau.Mane online form.

  2. A refund authorisation number will be provided

  3. Evidence of the fault in the item to be approved.

  4. Once the item has been approved the replacement item will be sent *if stock available

  5. If there is no replacement item available in stock of the same style, a refund will be processed for the faulty item.

  6. A refund of the original postage will only be refunded if the item(s) faulty were the only item(s) on the original order.
